About the event

Awards include Piano Solo, String Solo and Winds Solo for 12 years and under. Entries will be open via Stardom in mid-Feb 2026. Accompanist details can be found within Stardom.


Entry requirements


  1. Two works of contrasting nature must be performed. These must be by different composers and in different styles e.g. Baroque, Classical, Romantic or Modern

  2. Entrants are expected to be able to perform at Grade 3 AMEB or above.

  3. The recital must not exceed 10 minutes. You may be stopped after 10 minutes;

  4. Entrants must be 12 years and under as at 31 December 2026
